Machine training courses
Naide's training courses include operation, maintenance and control systems, including but not limited to commissioning machines, maintaining machinery, hydraulic and electrical systems.
When customers send employees to Naide for pre-inspection, we provide about one week training time. In addition, we also allow clients to assign technicians to learn about the machine installation and commissioning at relevant stages, which helps customers to better understand machine and have ability to handle errors. Everything is customer-centric.
Machine packaging and transportation
Packaging: We have a standard packaging system that protects the machine from moisture, water and rust to ensure safe delivery. Naide can bear all the losses caused by improper packaging.
Transportation: Whether it is transportation by sea or inland, Naide always protect the machine accordingly.
Inspection: When the client receives the machine, if there is any loss, corrosion or damage to the machine, please contact us to deal with in time.
Equipment installation and commissioning
Naide provides machine layout to clients within one and a half months before delivery. It will help clients to do preparation for installation in advance, such as arranging installation positions and laying power / air source wiring.
After machine leave the worksite, the two parties check machines according to the supply scope and list,then make records.After the clients receives the machines, Naide will send engineers to client's worksite within 48 hours for installation, commission, re-training the operator and do final inspecion.
After sales service
1. Naide provides 12-month warranty. During the warranty period, any downtime caused by machine error is automatically added to the next warranty period. Within 24 hours after receiving your error notification, Naide must provide detailed solutions and help you solve the problem.
2. During the warranty period, Naide will provide clients with related accessories. If the clients has any trouble on solving error, Naide will replace or repair the corresponding parts for free.
3. Naide provides clients with life-long services and accessories. All software can be upgraded for free.
4. Beyond the warranty period, Naide will maintain paid services for accessories and on-site maintenance. But we can assurance that accessories are charged below market prices.
Customer Confidentiality Agreement
Naider makes every effort to protect the confidential information of our valued customers in any form. Within 20 years, we must keep the data confidential and ensure that it is not lost. In the event of a breach of confidentiality by Ned, we can bear any losses suffered by our customers. At the same time, the client reserves the right to take legal action.
